Il Vino dei Poeti Venezia DOC Rosé is a sparkling wine where personality, freshness and liveliness meet a delicate and captivating pink color, and an intense and persistent bouquet. These characteristics are typical of the grape’s originary territory among the provinces of Treviso and Venice. DOC Venezia is a recent designation of origin, whose regulations were published on 7th January 2011 and modified on 30th November of the same year. Nose : Intense, fruity, and floral. Distinct notes of raspberry, cherry, wild berries (blackberries), and hints of white peach, citrus, and rose. Taste : Fresh, dry, lively, and balanced with fine mousse. Good retro-olfactory persistence, lingering with red berry flavors. Pairing : A fresh, dry, and fruity sparkling wine (notes of raspberry, cherry) best served at 4-5 °C. It pairs perfectly as an aperitif, with seafood (octopus salad, sushi), fried foods, orzo with vegetables, and cured meats like prosciutto or soppressa.
