Pleasure, simplicity, fruitiness and greediness are all there. A champagne for a moment of sharing as an aperitif, a simple pleasure, happy moments. Nose : After having aged 3 years in the cellar, the first nose is both fruity and fresh with aromas of apple, citrus and pear, and then opens up to notes of pastry, bread. Taste : On the palate, it's supple, fresh and very fruity with a more vinous finish.
