It's then laid down to rest for a long 15-year maturation period, before being selectively finished in French oak casks. A luxurious whisky made for opulent celebrations. Nose: Stewed red apples, orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and juicy sultana. Taste: Smooth and fruity, with poached pears, butterscotch and caramel toffees.
