It features bright orange zest, gentian, and thyme notes, with a velvety, caramel-rich, and lightly spiced finish, often described as a perfect entry-level amaro. Nose : Zesty orange peel, candied citrus, herbal undertones, and soft caramel, with hints of dried fruit, cocoa, and baking spices. Taste : Balanced bittersweet, blending orange marmalade, gentian/quinine bitterness, and thyme with notes of vanilla, liquorice, and a hint of dark chocolate.
