Discontinuous with head and tail cutting, in copper steam stills Tasting: Refined, soft and elegant with a scent of golden apples and freshly baked bread Nose: Elegant and intense, with scents of bread crust, flaky pastry, vanilla, cinnamon, and baked apple. Taste: Soft, complex, and balanced with notes of freshly shelled almonds, milk chocolate, and subtle oak. Finish is Long, lingering, and pleasantly dry with spices like nutmeg.
