It is exceptionally smooth and velvety on the palate, featuring crisp fruit notes and a balanced, elegant finish. This Chardonnay grappa is made using artisanal, discontinuous steam distillation from fresh, de-stalked grape pomace. It is best served chilled (around 12°C) or in a specialized glass, ideal as a refined after-dinner drink. Nose : Inviting scent of apple, pear, white blossoms, citrus, and fresh bread.
