It features a distinctively herbaceous, slightly bitter, and aromatic flavor profile, combining white/red pomace with earthy notes, making it a traditional, refreshing digestif. This grappa is produced using artisanal batch distillation in copper steam stills, with the herb added to the bottle, giving it its unique, rustic character. Nose : Strongly aromatic and herbaceous, with notes of fresh-cut grass, wildflowers, and the distinct, slightly bitter scent of Rue. Taste : A refined, dry flavor with a pronounced herbal character (rue) balanced by the fruitiness of the grape pomace. It offers a fresh, slightly bitter, and clean sensation.
