The Beeva Table Contest: Official Rules

Free skill-based contest. No purchase is necessary. Strictly for persons of legal drinking age in Singapore.

Eligibility

Open to individual Singapore residents aged 18 or over. A verified Beeva account is required to enter and rate; account creation also enrols you in the free Coins Club, at no cost and with no obligation. Marketing consent is always separate and optional.

How to enter

Upload one original photograph of a table you set. No purchase is necessary. One entry per member. Entries are moderated for eligibility, ownership, privacy, safety and compliance before publication.

Entries and rating open: 5 October 2026
Final call: 27 November 2026
Entries and rating close: 4 December 2026, 23:59 SGT
Results published: 7 December 2026, 12:00 SGT

Rating and the leaderboard

Each verified member may give one rating from 1 to 5 to each approved entry, and may rate as many different entries as they like. A rating, once released, cannot be changed except where Beeva corrects a verified technical error. The leaderboard runs live from day one, showing the top ten and your own position; the full ordered board publishes at close.

Winner determination

The winner is the approved entry with the highest average rating among entries holding at least twenty released valid ratings at the closing time. Ties are broken, in order, by: the greater number of distinct verified raters; then the greater number of top (5 point) ratings; then the earlier valid entry submission. No random tie-break is used.

Prize

One Beeva Hosting Hamper, delivered by Beeva. Exact contents may be substituted with items of equal or greater value. Not transferable, not exchangeable for cash. No purchase or alcohol consumption is required, and neither improves the chance of winning.

Coins Club awards

An approved entry earns 500 Engagement Coins, once per contest. Each released rating earns 50 Engagement Coins, up to ten per contest. These awards are independent of score, outcome and number of entries, and never require a purchase.
