Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 20 September 2026. These Terms govern your use of beeva.com.sg and any order placed on it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Returns & Refund Policy, and, if you join the Coins Club, the Membership Terms.

The registered seller

Beeva Wine & Spirits Pte Ltd (UEN 202532991K), trading on beeva.com.sg, is registered at 43 Keppel Road, #05-01, Singapore 099418. Beeva operates as an online-only retailer with no physical premises and does not hold a liquor licence, in line with standard practice for online alcohol retail in Singapore. Eligibility and delivery area

This site sells alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 18 years old to browse, purchase or have an order delivered, and delivery is limited to eligible Singapore addresses. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery, and Beeva or its delivery provider may refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our checkout. Card payment is available through Stripe; PayNow is not currently available as a payment option. Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Beeva may decline or cancel an order, including for a pricing or listing error, stock unavailability, or a failed age or fraud check, in which case we will refund any amount already paid.

Delivery timing, failed-delivery handling and redelivery charges are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Returns, refunds and Beeva Coins

Returns and refunds are handled under the Returns & Refund Policy, which also explains how Beeva Coins are adjusted when an order is cancelled, refunded or amended.

Beeva Coins Club

Membership is free and optional. Coins earning, tiers, redemption and expiry are governed by the Beeva Coins Club Membership Terms, which control over anything stated in marketing copy.

Contests

The Beeva Table Contest and Beeva Gift Story are each governed by their own Official Rules, linked from each contest's entry page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win either contest.

Marketplace purchases

Purchases made through Lazada, Shopee or another marketplace are governed by that marketplace's own terms, not these Terms.

Our liability to you

We are not a financial institution and we keep this section deliberately plain: to the extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability to you for any claim relating to your order or use of this site is limited to the value of the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, or other applicable Singapore law, including where a failure results from our negligence, fraud, or wilful default.

Resolving a dispute

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] or +65 8181 9526 so we can try to put it right directly - most order issues are resolved this way under our Returns & Refund Policy. If we can't resolve a dispute between us, it is subject to Singapore law and the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to any right you may separately have to bring a claim before the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore for an eligible consumer claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in how we operate or in the law. We will update the effective date above when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
