Membership

An age-verified account on beeva.com.sg enrols you automatically and free. Coins are earned on direct orders and on a small set of everyday actions that cost nothing to take part in. No purchase is ever required to join, enter a contest, rate an entry or play the daily game.

Tier ladder and earning

Worker Bee (SGD 0-499.99 rolling 13 months): 3 Coins per SGD 1
Soldier Bee (SGD 500-999.99): 4 Coins per SGD 1
General Bee (SGD 1,000-2,999.99): 5 Coins per SGD 1
Queen Bee (SGD 3,000-4,999.99): 6 Coins per SGD 1
Black Bee (SGD 5,000+): 8 Coins per SGD 1

Joining and engagement awards

Joining credits 300 Coins immediately - a real SGD 3 reward the moment your age-verified account is created. A separate 700 Coins releases once your first eligible order is delivered, within 90 days of joining. The optional daily game credits Coins once per day, signed in - the exact amount is always shown live on your dashboard rather than restated here, so this page can never drift out of step with what you're actually paid. Further joining and engagement actions (a taste-profile bonus, mobile-number verification, and others) are planned but not yet available on this account - this page will be updated once they go live, rather than advertising Coins that can't yet be earned.

Referral

Every tier, including Worker Bee, earns a flat 500 Coins when a referred person places a first delivered direct order. General Bee and above add a value multiplier on top.

Redemption

Coins redeem in blocks of 100, each covering part of an order - from 20 percent of eligible merchandise value at Worker Bee up to 35 percent at Black Bee. Coins never cover a whole order and are not a discount code.

Coins expiry

Coins earned from placing orders expire 24 months after the date they're credited. Coins earned from engagement activities - the daily game, contest entries, and contest or gift-story ratings - expire 6 months after the date they're credited. Your account dashboard always shows your current balance and the expiry date of each batch of Coins. There is no annual or lifetime cap on the Coins you can hold or earn - your balance carries over for as long as it hasn't expired under the rules above.

Marketing and privacy

Marketing consent is separate, optional, unticked by default, and never a condition of membership, entry, rating or redemption. You can withdraw it at any time without closing your account or losing valid Coins.

Changes to these Terms

A small number of joining and engagement award types are still being rolled out and aren't live on every account yet - see "Joining and engagement awards" above; we'll update this page as each one goes live rather than advertising Coins that can't yet be earned. Otherwise, if we change these Terms - for example the tier thresholds, earn rates or redemption caps - we will update the effective date above and give members reasonable notice before a change takes effect.

This page is the governing Membership Terms for the Beeva Coins Club. Where your account dashboard shows a live figure (such as today's daily-game Coins or your current balance and expiry dates), the dashboard is the accurate source for that figure.
