Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 September 2026. This policy explains how Beeva Wine & Spirits Pte Ltd (UEN 202532991K) ("Beeva", "we") handles personal data collected through beeva.com.sg and the Beeva Coins Club. Beeva is registered at 43 Keppel Road, #05-01, Singapore 099418. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
What we collect
Account data (email, password, optional phone number), age confirmation (a yes/no confirmation only - no date of birth is asked for or stored), order and delivery details processed through our store platform, Beeva Coins wallet activity, and, where you choose to take part, contest entries, photos, stories and ratings. Marketing consent is collected separately, is off by default, and is never a condition of membership, purchase, contest entry or rating.
How we use it
To create and run your account and Coins Club membership, process orders and deliveries, operate contests and the daily game, calculate and protect your Coins balance, prevent fraud and duplicate-account abuse, respond to enquiries, and, only with your separate consent, send marketing communications.
Sharing with third parties
We share order and delivery information with our store/commerce platform and delivery providers as needed to fulfil your order, and payment details with our payment provider to process payment. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law. A complete, named list of our processors and sub-processors, and confirmation of which processing occurs on Singapore-region infrastructure, is pending confirmation and will be added here once available.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide our services, plus a further period afterwards where needed to meet our legal, accounting, tax or dispute-resolution obligations. Beeva Coins ledger entries themselves are never deleted or altered once recorded, for accuracy and audit purposes, even after Coins expire or an account closes. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that could identify you.
Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sessions are protected by a signed, HTTP-only cookie. Payment details are handled by our payment provider, not stored on our own systems. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal data we hold from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and may withdraw your consent to any use of it (including marketing) at any time, without affecting your membership or valid Coins. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions, your cart and age verification. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site today. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as we confirm our processor list above. We will update the effective date when we do.
Governing law
This policy is governed by Singapore law, consistent with the Beeva Coins Club Membership Terms.
